These patches are woven and then laser cut around the shape of the artwork with hi-end laser cutting machine. We can die cut them into any shape that your project or creativity calls for. With these patches we run the base color twice to give the patch a thick solid fill for a bright look. We specialize in Die Cut Patches. We can create a lot of interesting effects and the possibilities are endless. A few are listed below:

* Use shinning yarn or sparkling metallic yarn.

* Use merrowed border to give a finished look

* Use a special adhesive in the back so you can Iron them on to your project/garment.

* Add double layer of backing material to make the labels stiffer for ease of sewing

* Stitch Velcro in the back to attach them onto hats, jackets etc.

* Use them as padded puffed up patch. (We inject micro fibre yarn into the label and seal them with seam allowance. You can sew them on to children’s clothing, blankets etc. It gives a 3D effect.)
