Quality
Our Woven Labels are made of 100% Polyester. The advantage of polyester is they do not wear out easily. It is washable up to 70 degree C. They will most likely outlast the life of the garment. We do have the option of making them in Satin which has a sheen to it.
The edges are heat sealed/cut and hence they DO NOT fray. They are very soft and flexible.
The yarn we use is polyester and they are 100% color fast. Even with repeated wash, they will not bleed colors to your garment.
Yes, they are really great if you find the best temperature settings for your base material. Just play around with a couple and you will find the best setting. You could also use a commercial heat press. You can iron them down and make a seam for added security! We can mail out samples of adhesive backing labels for testing. (We have samples from our past orders.
- Before you start, read the garment’s care label to make sure it can withstand the heat required to adhere the iron on label.
- Choose a spot on the garment to apply the label and position it there.
- Place a small piece of baking paper over label.
- Adjust the iron to stage 2 and / or cotton setting, NO steam! Place the iron on top of the baking paper for approx.20-40 seconds with small movements. The adhesion time differs from project to project based on the fabric composition. After ironing let the label cool down for 1-2 minutes. You can try to adjust the setting if you are not satified with the result. Play around with a few labels to find the perfect settings. Clothes with iron-on labels are washable up to 30 degree C.
Heat press is highly recommended. Place the label in position and place a parchement paper on top. Set the press at 325 Degree, Pressure bar at 8,
Heat press for 6-9 seconds. Remove and Hot peel or cold per as per instructions included.
They both have their own qualities. Woven labels are the most popular and widely used label. They are very durable and can handle multiple washes. They will most likely outlast the garment’s life as there is no ink to wear off. The woven thread keeps the pattern in shape and are readable longer than printed labels. Printed labels are very soft and great especially for baby’s and children clothing. They are gentle when in contact with skin. Small minute details can be printed with great accuracy in printed labels. On the downside Sometimes a harsh laundry detergent or bleach could fade them after some washes. Even if the washing didn’t wear them out, other factors like skin oil and regular wear and tear can destroy the printed label. Customers who purchase high-quality clothing expect their labels to last longer and woven labels meet that criteria.
For flat straight heat cut labels you need 2-3mm (0.12″) on all four sides
For center fold labels which will be inserted into a seam as you sew – you need 7mm (0.25″)
For center fold labels which will be top sewn – you need to allow 2-3mm space in the top
For end fold labels – you need to allow 7mm for folding on either sides

You can fill out the online order form or send us an e-mail with all the details. (Type of label, type of fold, label dimension, artwork, quantity) If in doubt, you can certainly call us too!
- * Select all the details for your order and upload the artwork. You will have an option to make the purchase.
- You can proceed to purchase it online and when the payment is processed, you will receive an email to confirm the order. You will also receive an invoice for the same.
- We will email you a mock up for approval. Once approved sample will be ready in 2-4 days for approval.Â
- Upon approval of the sample we will run production and dispatch in 10 days.
- Delivery via DHL with tracking number.
Yes, we send in-stock samples out for you to test the quality. Typically after the order is placed, we send a scanned sample of your label for approval by email. That way, it is much faster. But if you need to see a physical sample of your specific label, we can certainly send it out and it takes anywhere from 7-20 days to reach you. We ship from our factory in India. Courier service is also available for $30

As long as there are no shadow effect / transitional colors, we can definitely do them. If still in doubt, please email it over and we can quickly get back to you.
Most popular size is 1″ X 1″. However we can adjust the proportions, based on your specific artwork. Like 1.25″ wide X 1″ high or 0.80″ wide X 1″ high
and so on. Please send your artwork and we can suggest or make mock ups for you to choose from.
We can do ground plus 10 colors and the maximum size is 8 Inches.
Yes, we certainly do and there is a $30 fee. Please call us to check!

We can also take Bank Wire Transfer, Check, Money Order or Western Union.
Your labels will be ready in 4-10 days after the receipt of payment.
Yes, we offer combined shipping discount when you place more than one order.
Shipping
The prices you see on our website or whatever that is quoted on your specific requirement INCLUDES the shipping charges.
We have a special deal worked out with Courier companies and hence the price quoted always includes shipping charges. We do not charge anything extra.
We ship via DHL which offers the fastest service from India.
DHL takes 2-5 days. UK is roughly 2 days, USA, Canada and Europe are 2-3 day.
Yes, upon request, we can get you the tracking number and you can check it online.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Ships out from our factory in India or China.
We do ship out of Toronto, Canada at times.
With past experience most of our clients have NOT been charged duties or taxes. However when the order is large, we do not have much control
and there could be some taxes. Customers are responsible for the import taxes in those situations.
After Sales
Well, we are 100% responsible till the labels reach you. So if you do not receive them within 5 days of dispatch, please get in touch with us and we will
track them. If they are lost in transit, we will rerun the labels within 2-4 days and will ship them again at OUR expense.
We regret to say that we do not take returns nor can we exchange them. Every order we process is done on a custom basis and is specific to your requirement. So the best way is to carefully proof read the scanned sample we send you or we would be glad to send a physical sample too, upon request.
If the mistake is on our part, we will take full responsibility and will rerun them for you for FREE. If you have made a mistake, we can try to work out an option where we can try to help you by absorbing a little bit of cost. It will be decided on a case to case basis.
