Woven Label

These labels are produced using rapier weaving looms. The looms weave polyester yarns, called warp and weft yarns to recreate the logo submitted. They are highly durable and retain their appearance throughout their lifespan even with harsh repeated washes.

Damask

Our damask woven label gives the finest, sharpest, most deluxe quality finish, with a 60-65 picks/cm². Damask labels are made with slow looms, which provides great depth, detail and clarity in the logo. Hence, they are the most popular kind chosen by high end brands. The finish is opaque in appearance and has a soft and subtle texture with a very tight weave.

High Definition

Our High Definition weaving pattern is a blend of all the weaving platforms with 70-100 picks/cm2. It simply uses a higher thread pick to attain the ultimate clarity and this is an ideal choice where the label has an intricate design. Production time is a bit longer but well worth the wait.

Tafetta

Tafetta labels are made with standard polyester based yarn and its the very basic kind of label. Ideal for a simple logo / text and is highly cost effective. They are NOT suggested for use when the labels might come in direct contact with the skin as they can be itchy.

Denier

Denier is a unit of measurement that is used to determine the thickness of the yarn used to create the label. Labels made with a high denier tend to be thick, sturdy, and durable. Labels with a low denier count tend to be sheer, soft, and silky. (100 denier yarn is finer than 150 denier yarn)

Heat Cut / Hot Knife

Labels which have a smooth finished edge and are heat cut to prevent the thread from fraying. All our labels are heat cut and hence no fraying ever.

Laser Cut

A precision cutting operation at the finishing stage of a woven patch/labels. Its the process of die cutting a label into a custom shape while the edges being heat sealed simultaneously.

Iron-on / Glue Back

Woven labels go through an additional process of applying an adhesive in the back, which enables the labels to be applied to garments using a heat press or home iron. This is an add on service which should be requested. This also helps to position the label for sewing for added security.

Merrow Border

A merrow border is essentially a sewn border to give the patch a finished raised edge. It is created using an over lock stitch, which yields a uniform raised edge and prevents fraying.

Digital / Photo Color Weave

Small diameter (50 denier) thread are used to bring out photo-like quality, much like pixels used in computer imaging. You can achieve shading, depth and color richness with this weave.

Tagless Heat Transfers

Tagless Heat Transfers are ideal when you want to promote your brand without the bulk of a traditional woven or printed label. They are applied directly onto your garment, TAG-FREE. They stretch with your fabric, are soft to the touch, and are applied with a household iron or industrial heat press. We custom make them in several formulas that work amazingly for 100% Cotton or 50/50 blended fabric. These labels come out clean and intact after each wash provided they were applied properly with a commercial transfer machine.

Hang Tag

These are printed on a card stock and are available in a variety of thickness with matte, semi-gloss or glossy finish. Typically used on the outside of garments, attached with a string with clip/pin. Hangtags typically carry the brand name, logo, caption, website and sometimes pricing and bar codes.

Pms Codes

PMS stands for Pantone Matching System (PMS), a proprietary color space used universally for color matching.
