If you are looking to make your label stand out and have an added appeal, we have a few different options.

Shinny yarn / Metallic yarn
You can use shinny or metallic yarn woven into your label. Shinny yarn has a subtle sheen while metallic yarn has an eye popping glitter. It sparkles. See pictures below for comparison. These yarn come in a wide range of colors.

Zipper Pull

Zipper pull can be made in regular woven form, padded form or in PVC. Depending on the application you can choose the any one of the above.

Stuffed Padded label

Woven labels are infused with polyester fill and the edges are sealed to create a puff label. It can be used as a stuffed woven label, as a die cut label, as a keychain or a zipper pull.

Silicone Label

Silicone labels are an elegant addition to the garment. They are like transparent thin rubber and are non-tearable. Multiple colors can be printed on them. They are soft against the skin and hence ideal for baby clothing and lingerie. Thickness of the label can be slightly altered according to need.

Photo Weave

A photo weave is a special kind of weave which can recreate all the details from a Photo / Picture on to a label. Gradient colors are not possible with woven labels. However a photo weave is a special weave which recreates a photo effect.

Iron on Glue backing

Iron on labels are a great alternative if you do not want to sew the labels on. These labels are made in the normal process and at the final step, special adhesive is applied to the back. These labels can be finished with adhesive backing and merrow border together. They come with a paper backing to keep the labels nice and good till you use them. You can use your home iron box to heat press the label. Initially you need to play around with a few labels to determine the optimum setting temperature for your base material. Lot of customers prefer iron on labels, while others rely more on sew on labels, as there is always that one extra added advantage… strong SEAM!

How to apply them on?
Choose a spot on your clothing to apply the label and place it there. Place a small piece of baking paper over label. Adjust the iron to stage 2 and / or cotton setting, NO steam! Please do not forget to follow the care instructions for your specific clothes. Place the iron on top of the baking paper for approx.20-40 seconds with small movements. After ironing please let the labels cool down for 1-2 minutes. The adhesion of the label on the clothing differs from project to project. It depends on the underground material. You can try to adjust the setting if you are not satified with the result. Play around with a few labels to find the best result that suits you. Clothes with iron-on labels are washable up to 30°C.

Velcro Backing

Woven labels can be finished with merrow border and velcro backing.

Textured Pattern

Another option to give a special touch is to add a textured pattern to the background or base of the label. You can send in your desired pattern and we can weave it in the base. See samples below.

Needle loom label

Needle loom labels are special label where the pick count is very high. Higher the pick count, denser the weave. This results in great precision even when the details are small & intricate.

High Density Label

High Density labels are labels with raised effect. They can be done on a polyester base or felt base. It adds a great dimension to the regular label.

Stiff labels

Certain projects require special backing material to be added to the label. This makes the label stiffer and easier to sew on. Here, we treat the labels with special starch or add a backing material to the label. This makes sewing the label on, much easier and saves a lot of frustration.

Glow in the Dark Labels

Certain projects require a label that is legible in the dark. Like night time delivery company uniforms, night workers and dark room employee apparel. We have the perfect solution with our Glow in the dark labels. These labels are high density and can be heat pressed onto your garments. They glow in the dark making the text bright and legible in pitch darkness.

They tend to be scratchy when in contact with the skin and so it is not suggested for use as a neck tag or for baby clothing. It is more suitable for outerwear or accessories. On the positive side they are cost effective and highly durable too
