Types of Fold
After weaving the label, we can fold them in a lot of different ways to suit your need :
Straight heat cut
These labels are heat cut on all four sides and are heat sealed. They do not fray. Ideal for neck of shirt, purse, bags and even hats.
Center Fold
This is the most popular method of folding. Center fold labels are folded in half, either vertically or horizontally. They have a 7mm Seam allowance that you insert into a seam as you sew. This fold is ideal for neck or Hem of T-shirt, stuffed toys or for beanies.
Top and bottom Fold
These labels have a 7mm seam allowance in the top and bottom. Both the 7mm seam allowance part is folded backward to create the top and bottom fold.Ideal for bags, purses, hats, mattress etc
End Fold
These labels have the ends folded back, behind the label. There is a 3mm seam allowance in the left and right. End Fold labels can be found in the neck of high-end clothing.
Die Cut Label
Die Cut labels are laser cut around the artwork with precision.Vitually any shape is possible.
Manhattan Hem Tag Fold
These labels have a top and bottom fold and then a center fold too. Ideal for hem tags for T-shirt and beanies. Gives a great neat finish after sewing.
Roll Form
Labels are supplied in a continuous roll form. You cut and use them individually. Great for labels that fray (Cotton) where you can cut them on need basis.
Mitre Fold
The ends of these labels are folded at 45 degree and top two ends are sewn. The label hangs down elegantly and gives a unique look.
